FamFlow (famflow.xyz) is operated by Eyüp Emre Özkaçan, based in Malta. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use FamFlow.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Recipes, meal ideas and activity suggestions in FamFlow are generated automatically or curated for general interest. They are not nutritional, medical or safety advice.
You are responsible for checking that any food is suitable for your child, including allergens, choking hazards and age suitability. Automated suggestions can be wrong or incomplete, and they will not know about an allergy you have not told us about. If your child has a food allergy, intolerance or medical condition, always check ingredients yourself and follow the advice of a qualified professional.
Activities should always be supervised by an adult and adapted to your child's age and ability.
The marketplace lets users offer items to each other. FamFlow is not a party to any transaction between users, does not inspect items, does not handle payments and does not arrange delivery. Any agreement is between the buyer and the seller.
You agree that you will not list:
When meeting another user, take sensible precautions: meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, and be careful about the personal information you share. Certain items, such as car seats and cots, carry safety risks when bought second hand — check their history and condition carefully.
You keep ownership of the listings, photos, reviews and messages you post, and you give us permission to display them within the service. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful and yours to share.
Do not post content that is misleading, offensive, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
FamFlow shows sponsored placements and advertising, marked as such. Sponsored content does not imply that we have inspected, tested or endorsed the advertiser's products or services. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them. For advertising enquiries, contact partnerships@famflow.xyz.
Some features may be offered on a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms and cancellation rights will be shown at the point of purchase, and these terms will be updated when paid features launch.
FamFlow is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available, error free or that suggestions will suit your circumstances. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for transactions between users, or for decisions you make based on automated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using FamFlow at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@famflow.xyz. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that put other users at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
