Eating out with small children is less about the food and more about whether the place can handle you. High chairs, a menu a four-year-old will actually eat from, room to get a pushchair past the tables, and somewhere to change a nappy.
The places below have at least high chairs or a children's menu, and most have both.

The family-friendly places are family-friendly at the same times for everyone else too. Sunday lunch in particular fills up, and a table with room for a pushchair is the first to go.
Edge and corner tables give you somewhere to park a pushchair without blocking service, and they mean less traffic passing a child who is prone to reaching for things.
Maltese dinner service tends to run late. Arriving at six rather than eight means a quieter room, faster food and staff who have time for you.
